When seeking assistance in paying for your education, via either scholarships or student loans, it is important to only use official, vetted channels to exchange your personal information, most notably your social security number, to apply for either of these.  Scholarship fraud is a growing concern across the nation, as student debt continues to grow nationwide.   This lesson includes information on where to find scholarships available on your campus, as well as information about seeking real students loans.
